PASSWORD/USERNAME
PROBLEMS?
We recently upgraded to a faster, more
reliable server. This change, unfortunately, has affected some of
our members. You may find that your password is not allowing you
into the Members Area. Here is how to fix the problem:
FOR ONLINE
PURCHASES:
If you purchased our manual online, you may need to simply
"refresh" your password. You can accomplish this by
clicking HERE
and entering your Transaction Number. If you don't know your
transaction number, email
us and we will refresh it for you. We will need the
email address that you originally registered with (which is also your
current username).
FOR MAIL-IN
ORDERS:
If for any reason your password is not working, please email
us and we will assign you a new password. We
will need to know the email address that you registered with (which is
also your current username).
FOR
FIRST-TIME USERS:
If
you're getting a message denying you access to our online manual,
usually this is because you are not entering your username and password
correctly. Make certain that you enter your username and
password EXACTLY as they were sent to you! The letters are
case-sensitive, so capitalize (or don't capitalize) each letter
accordingly, exactly as they appear. Also, do not add any extra
spaces or "copy and paste" your username/password.

processor MSBill handles all of our transactions and deals specifically
with password assignment.
